You may use NoAICalls only in compliance with these terms and applicable law, including the telecommunications and AI-disclosure regulations relevant to your deployment.

Accounts & keys

You're responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to deceive, defraud, or evade the very disclosure and consent obligations it exists to support. Misuse may result in suspension.

Availability

We strive for high availability and publish platform status, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation except as set out in a signed agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in your commercial agreement with NoAICalls.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to customers. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
